After graduating from TUFS, he entered Fuji Television and worked as a journalist / TV director.
Experienced life difficulties after leaving Fuji-TV.
A few years later became a trainee lawyer.
In 2019, founded JJS the Administrative Scrivener’s Office in Sugamo.
In 2021, moved the office to Itabashi and renamed it to mpH.

He worked as a lecturer at prestigious universities, including the head of department of foreign languages at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent State University of Law, Uzbek State University of World Languages, Westminster International University, etc. From 2021, was appointed the head of the international relations department of the newly founded University of the Digital Economy.
Norita Takashi and Tagaev Shuhrat met in 2005 and since then, for 16 years, have remained close friends.
His responsibilities in our company include providing support to citizens from the CIS countries and English speaking countries.
